Job Purpose:

This position will ensure all aspects of the Purchase requisition related to specifications, preparation, suppliers contact, and items validations are met in accordance to COFCO Policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Centralize Purchase Requisitions (PR) Creation following company policies and coding
• Follow up on invoice reception and approval
• Analyse and reconcile PR against invoices. Propose accruals
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Ensure due governance on procurement process globally
• Propose and test system developments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred)
• English (must have) and Spanish (nice to have)
• Work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role (preferred)
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
