About the job

  • The Business Continuity Management (BCM) Analyst is accountable for consolidating management dashboards to monitor and oversee the Business Continuity set up of all CIB locations worldwide
  • The BCM Analyst is also accountable for administrating CIB Global Business Continuity Management tools, including reference data updates, user support and deployment projects

Your Main Activities Are

  • Contribute to the analysis of the security risks and the identification of the related impacts
  • Contribute the design of the appropriate security solutions to cover identified risks and impacts
  • Update the map of security risks
  • Analyze the Business Continuity documentation (BIA, BCP Procedures) of CIB Portugal
  • Identify issues/errors in the Business Continuity documentation
  • Followup of the actions implemented to address the identified risks
  • Analyze the Business Continuity live cycle (PDCA based), for the control and continuous improvement of the processes
  • Control the robustness and efficiency of the security system according to the Business Continuity requirements of BNP Paribas group
  • Contribute to the management of business continuity incidents
  • Contribute the definition of the training and awareness strategy to the staff involved in the Business Continuity processes
  • Respect the norms and standards of BNP Paribas

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or similar areas
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written communication (mandatory)
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Wellorganised, clear thinking and risk oriented profile
  • Knowledge of the BNP Paribas Portugal organization
  • Ability to change
  • Independence and initiative
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
