The Lisbon MBA Católica|Nova currently comprises an Executive (part-time) MBA and an International (full-time) MBA.Program Affairs Specialist - Position Overview We are searching for a highly engaging and motivated professional to support Program Affairs operations and daily administrative tasks, ensuring the highest standards of quality experience for all stakeholders.
The Program Affairs Senior Specialist will need excellent verbal and written English and Portuguese communication skills, organizational capabilities, and experience working with data and IT platforms.
Ideal candidates should be great team players who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure excellence in customer service and operations.
Duties and Job Responsibilities:
- Provides support to the Program Affairs & Operations Department in all administrative areas related to the MBA Programs;
- Responds to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner;
- Supports organization of events within the Programs and the community;
- Keeps the databases of the Programs and Student Files updated;
- Assists Faculty in all issues regarding the Programs;
- Supports management of the Student Portal, uploading courses' content on a regular basis;
- Keeps informed regarding changes in policies, procedures, and criteria governing MBA Programs;
- Collects and processes data to prepare reports and documents for accreditations, rankings, or other internal and external analyses;
- Assists in the process of implementation of the Programs and their initiatives;
- Prepares classroom set-up and ensures that the room is ready for classes;
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in management and/or communication);
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English (written and verbal);
- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude;
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term working relationships with stakeholders;
- Outstanding administrative and organizing skills;
- Previous experience in a customer service/project management role and/or in the education sector would be valued;
- Great Microsoft 365 suite and online streaming tools (Teams and Zoom) skills.
Other:
- Availability to eventually work evenings and Saturdays according to a rotational schedule.
