Our partners can count on us to provide a best-in-class user experience as well as to maximize the uptime and availability of their respective charging networks, which, when combined, results in EVA Global serving drivers at more than 400,000 EV Charging Stations.


To support our growth, we are looking for experienced Italian speaker Customer Service Specialists to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.


Responsibilities:

  • As the first point of contact to communicate with our customers.
  • Ensure cases are solved within the agreed SLA.
  • Identify and escalate issues to the relevant team.
  • Adhoc contact center related tasks as assigned.
  • Working alongside the Team Leader, Team Manager, Contact Center Manager, HR Manager, Training & Quality Manager, Customer Success Team, Academy Leader, and Operational IT.

Requirements:

Written and verbal Italian Skills.

  • Written and verbal English skills. Additional language is a plus.
  • Prefer a minimum of 1 year of experience in Contact Center / Customer Service.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Minimum Diploma and or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
  • Cars and Electric Vehicles lovers.
  • Familiar with Microsoft 36
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects and effectively manage different timelines.
  • Must be an assertive team player with high energy to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work in shifts.
  • Office location: close to Marquês de Pombal, Lisbon.
