About the job


NeoLink is the BP2S client reporting website which allows our clients (internal staff & external users) to view and and generate the reports linked to their activities.

The users can also send instructions (settlement, cash, CA response, NAV validation, among others) from the tool

The NeoLink administration team is in charge of user support, incident management & communication, present NeoLink to our users

Your Main Activities Are

Activation of Neolink services:
reception and control of subscriptions, accounts and user access requests (internal and external client) in order to

  • Guaranty access security and detect potential risk request
  • Suggest to clients adapted solutions in line with jurisdiction policy
  • Control the requests compliance related with official procedure and Service Level Agreement
  • Implement validated requests
  • Locations support (take over and assistance in admin tasks)
  • Internal support in the deployment projects for Neolink
  • Follow up of client on boarding process in NeolinkParticipate in the organisation of the service
