Mission of the Role:
The Senior Manager Talent Acquisition is a strategic role responsible for partnering with business leaders to define and execute the talent acquisition strategy for the European region. This role entails leading a team of TA Managers and Recruiters to ensure the acquisition of top-tier talent that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives. The incumbent will play a crucial role in driving the talent roadmap, fostering a culture of talent excellence, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Objectives of this Role:
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand talent needs, workforce planning, and strategic objectives, translating them into actionable talent acquisition strategies. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement innovative and effective talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, recruitment, employer branding, and diversity initiatives to attract top talent across various European locations. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of TA Managers and Recruiters, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, hiring managers, and HR business partners, to ensure alignment and support for talent acquisition initiatives. Executive Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute an executive talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain top executive talent for key leadership positions within the European region, partnering with executive search firms and industry networks. Employer Branding: Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice in the European market, leveraging various channels and platforms to attract top talent. Talent Pipelining: Implement proactive talent pipelining strategies to anticipate future hiring needs and ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for critical roles. Metrics and Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies, optimizing processes and resources for maximum impact. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations across European locations, while also staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and partners, ensuring optimal performance and value delivery. Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve talent acquisition processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, quality, and candidate experience. Compliance Audit: Conduct a comprehensive audit of talent acquisition processes and practices to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations across European locations, implementing corrective actions as needed.Key Performance Indicators:
Recruitment team performance: Measure the productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness of the recruitment team in meeting hiring goals, managing workload, and delivering high-quality candidates to hiring managers. Talent pipeline strength: Assess the quality and quantity of potential candidates in the recruitment pipeline, indicating the organization's ability to proactively fill future positions and meet talent needs. Reporting: Deliver ongoing status reporting to leaders across the region Diversity hiring rate: Track the percentage of diverse candidates hired, promoting inclusivity and measuring the effectiveness of diversity recruitment initiatives. Offer acceptance rate: Monitor the percentage of job offers accepted by candidates, reflecting the effectiveness of the recruitment strategy and candidate experience. Turnover rate: Track the percentage of employees who leave the organization within a specific period, reflecting the success of recruitment and retention strategies in maintaining a stable workforce.Key Year One Deliverables:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience of 10+ years in talent acquisition, with a focus on strategic leadership and team management Strong understanding of European labor markets, regulations, and cultural nuances Demonstrated success in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization Strategic thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented approachKey Leadership Behaviors:
