Candidate profile Degree in Law, providing a solid foundation for legal expertise.
Proficiency in English, enabling effective communication in a global context.
Exceptional negotiation, drafting, and interpersonal skills essential for cultivating vital stakeholder relationships and fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
Proven ability to liaise with external legal counsel, particularly in corporate law and intellectual property domains.
Demonstrated experience in negotiating customer and partnership agreements, showcasing your adeptness in deal-making.
Adeptness in staying abreast of evolving Portuguese laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Capability to provide strategic counsel on compliance matters and devise strategies for ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks.

Proficiency in crafting and disseminating relevant policies, such as the Code of Conduct & Business Ethics, to promote organizational integrity.

Strong aptitude for implementing and enhancing controls throughout the business, including rigorous oversight of business operations.

Collaborative mindset, facilitating seamless interaction with various departments including legal counsels, human resources, finance, and business operations, to drive programmatic initiatives and execute remedial measures when needed.
