We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Data Scientist to join our team.

As a Data Scientist in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization and driving us to new heights of success.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of data products within the Marketing domain.

Collaborating with a team of data scientists, analysts, engineers and business stakeholders, you will contribute to the development of data products to enhance our company's Marketing effectiveness.

Your Tasks - Paint the world green

  • Develop advanced datadriven products and analytics together with our marketing managers to optimize our marketing strategies.
  • Work in the large, crossfunctional CRM team, collaborating with other data scientists, analysts, engineers and marketing managers.
  • Leverage agile processes and provide feedback to contribute to their continuous optimization.
  • Drive products throughout their entire lifecycle, from mínimal viable product, production deployment, feature development and ongoing maintenance. This encompasses areas like customer contact optimization, A/B or incrementality testing framework and reporting.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders within the Marketing Domain, evaluating data sources, techniques, and tools as part of our decentralized data organization.
  • Utilize a tech stack including Python (pandas/numpy/scikitlearn, etc.), AWS, and Snowflake.
Your Profile - Ready to hop on board

  • Proficiency in Python (along with relevant data ecosystem packages) and SQL.
  • Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure is a plus.
  • Extensive experience with machine learning models and techniques applied to various problem domains.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical results to a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Analytical and autonomous way of thinking: Utilizing business understanding for effective sensechecking.
  • Habit of proactively challenging and critically evaluating own and colleagues' results.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
  • Handson and collaborative attitude, capable of translating complex concepts into tangible artifacts for stakeholders.
