Collection and Debt Management.



Job description:

  • Business Analyst in the operational and technological teams in decisionmaking and promoting adaptation to change;
  • Quantitatively and qualitatively analyse improvements to processes and systems in order to build business cases to support their prioritization and roadmap definition;
  • Challenging current methodologies, proposing and implementing best practices, incorporating improvements to processes and activities through partial/full automation and the introduction of technology into business processes;
  • Understanding the business and its workflows, identifying requirements, use cases, test cases, acceptance criteria and translating them into User Stories and/or other supporting documentation for the rest of the team;
  • Managing priorities in line with the strategic objectives of the company and the product.

What kind of profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology
  • Information Systems Management Engineering or Economics/Management or another area provided you have relevant experience for the function;
  • Professional experience of up 2 years in project management, continuous improvement, process optimization and reengineering, with experience in systems consultancy and Business Analyst activities;In the energy services sector;
