Bounce powers a 9,000-location network of local businesses offering luggage storage, package acceptance, and more. We aim to build the largest tech-enabled two-way market platform for retail chains and travelers to come together.

We aim to build a seamless and easy-to-use app - the "OS for brick & mortar SMB stores" powering new revenue channels at the "flip of a switch.

**The Opportunity

As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in bringing Bounce's luggage storage product to the next level by developing and executing a product strategy aimed at growing and retaining our user base of both customers and partners.

You will be responsible for turning insights you gather from data analysis, customer research, A/B tests, team feedback, among others into unique experiences across our product.


\uD83D\uDC77\uD83C\uDFFE‍ What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for continuously improving our luggage storage product, based on data-driven insights, customer feedback, and market trends
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the impact of potential product improvements and optimize key metrics
  • Conduct qualitative research to gain a deep understanding of user needs and incorporate these insights into product decisionmaking
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to generate ideas, identify areas of improvement, and prioritize initiatives based on strategic alignment, user impact, and resource feasibility
  • Effectively communicate product improvement plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels

Your profile:

  • You have worked as a Product Manager before, preferably in a marketplace product
  • You have experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools
  • You have strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisionmaking
  • You're entrepreneurial; you don't need direction; you're selfdriven and pragmatic
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams
