Flemish Customer Support Agent in Lisbon

We are recruiting
Flemish Customer Support Agents for our client, worldwide leader in Customer Experience Management and shared services for international markets.

The company combines comprehensive customer service with digital, training and technological expertise to help build brand and improve customer satisfaction.

They are looking for Customer Support Agents to represent their international clients, which include world-famous brands in the fields of tourism, IT, fashion and ecommerce.


About the position
In this role you will be integrated into a multicultural team providing customer support.

Your responsibility will be to manage a variety of inbound customer servicing interactions, provide excellent customer care to both individual consumers and corporate customers.


Your main tasks include:

  • Supporting a variety of inbound customer servicing
  • Crossselling and upselling calls for existing customers who may have questions related to their product(s)
  • Informing customers on product features and marketing campaigns
  • Calling back customers for followup or service recovery
  • Engaging with customers and resolve customer dissatisfaction calls where possible

Profile

  • You are/have:_
  • Fluent in Flemish/Dutch with a good level of English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive, motivated work attitude
  • Great problemsolving capabilities
  • Tech savvy

Preferred skills (not required):

  • Previous experience in customer service
