We are looking for a talented SpanishTechnical Support to join our client in Lisbon

What you'll be doing?

  • Ability to identify, research and review complex issues to determine the best solution or troubleshooting;
  • Contribute in an active way to increase product insight and knowledge content;
  • Provide proactive postsales support for customers;
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

Requirements:

Why you are a good fit?

Fluency in Spanish Native level (mandatory):


  • Fluency in English C1 level (mandatory):

1 year experience in Tech support with Troubleshooting aptitude (mandatory):

  • Good listening and empathy skills;
  • Good time management skills;
  • Team spirit and flexibility.

EU ID / Passport or Residency card (mandatory)
