A área de Agile Processes éresponsável por ajudar as organizações a melhorarem os seus processos internos, transformando as tarefas tediosas e repetitivas emmomentos ágeis e de colaboração.

Esta transformação consegue-se utilizando as metodologias e softwares mais modernos como osprodutos da Atlassian.É aplicável não só aos processos do Ciclo de Desenvolvimento do Software mas também a qualquer tipo de processo de negócio das organizações.

Quais as principais responsabilidades?

Enquanto Atlassian Consultant, vais acrescentar valor ao ajudares os nossos clientes a melhorarem continuamente os processos das organizações.

O teu principal papel será traduzir cada processo de negócio em um ou mais workflows deployed nas frameworks da Atlassian (como oJira, Confluence and Jira Service Desk), mas mais importante irás desempenhar um papel fundamental comoenvagelista de transformação digital, ao inspirar os stakeholders das organizações a renovarem o seu mindset.


  • Reunir com clientes paracompreender as regras de negócio e traduzilas em requisitos funcionais e técnicos;
  • Participar nasespecificações de requisitos, desenho, entregas, planeamento de sprints, reviews e retrospectivas;
  • Participar nodesenvolvimento de soluções e/ou workflows e executar testes, training e documentação;
  • Pesquisar apps e plugins de parceiros da Atlassian que possam acelerar o desenvolvimento e implementação de vários user stories ou melhorias;
  • Usar as melhores práticas da indústria em todas as fases de desenvolvimento de soluções até ao último deployment nas plataformas da Atlassian;
  • Melhorar o desenho, suporte e desenvolvimento do projecto em conjunto com os Project Managers.
  • Licenciatura e/ou Mestrado em Engenharia;
  • Fortes capacidades de comunicação verbal e escritapara trabalhar com membros da equipa no sentido de juntar e compreender os requisitos do negócio e traduzilos na melhor solução JIRA / Confluence;
  • Conhecimento e experiência de trabalho comsistemas de integração de negócio complexos, bem como o funcionamento e responsabilidades das organizações;
  • Experiência com metodologias e abordagens ágeis, como Scrum;
  • Interesse e motivação para ser um profissional deAtlassian Certificado;
  • Gosto por trabalho em equipa e pelaresolução de problemas complexos.
  • Experiência de trabalho ou configuração de plataformas da Atlassian;
  • Experiência com tecnologias baseadas em Java.
