Pretendemos reforçar a nossa equipa de Marketing, com um(a) Marketing Assistant.

Licenciatura em Marketing ou Gestão;
Facilidade no relacionamento interpessoal e capacidade para trabalhar em equipa;
Competências de organização e capacidade de análise;
Dinamismo, pró-atividade e resiliência;
Domínio de ferramentas informáticas do office, sendo valorizada a experiência no contacto com ferramentas de CRM do sector imobiliário;
Conhecimentos de SEO e SEM;
Bons conhecimentos de Inglês.

O projeto terá como principais objetivos:
Apoiar a implementação do plano de marketing digital e offline para o Departamento Residential;
Apoiar na implementação de acções de marketing customizadas;
Apoiar a execução do plano de campanhas de publicidade digital - Google Adwords, FacebookAds, etc.;
Gerir, actualizar e optimizar o site e portais utilizados pela área de residential, garantindo a actualização constante de informação;
Produção e Gestão de stocks de todo o material de merchandising definido no plano anual de marketing para a área de Residential (Brochuras, Telas, Lonas Outdoors, Vinis, material estacionário, brindes e material de apoio à venda, etc.);
Monitorização da performance de cada campanha e preparação de reports periódicos.
