Job Description:
Are you fluent in English and want to work for the leading BPO worldwide, awarded as the best place to work 2022? You will use your skills as Customer Service Agent, supporting our client's different areas of social media, in our offices in Porto.
You'll be an active part in ensuring client guidelines, promoting, and actively participating in the service improvements provided to all users.

Your job will be
great**:
- You will be a single point of contact for advertisers and agencies (SMB) for different types of inquiries;
- You are putting together solutions to support and expand your customer's selfserve advertising customer base;
- You will demonstrate the value of advertising solutions and provide postsales support for all selfservice products;
- From the beginning, you will take an active role in providing excellent and nimble customer service experience and continuously seek initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall customer advertising experience.
Required profile:
- Online Advertising Experience is a big plus but not mandatory;
- Fluent, verbal and written in English (C1);
- Familiarity with online advertising products/vendors;
- Ability to multitask & work under pressure;
- Fast learner, diligent worker;
- You are expected to provide background checks (certificate for highest level of education, references from previous employment, clean criminal record).
To become a part of our Team you need to be:
- Able to rotate shifts to help address client, customer, and business needs;
- You are expected to provide background clearance (certificate for highest level of education, references from previous employment, clean criminal record).
