DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |
About the role**Exclusive Networks Portugal is expanding its operations team, and is looking for a Technical Intern to join the team. Proactive, enthusiastic and passionate about internal technical processes. Our technicians take care of one or more manufacturers/solutions and evaluate how to position them in the market and possible synergies or integrations with other solutions.

As the Technical Intern, you will take care of the following functions:
Support internally our sales force
Customer support and troubleshooting related to post installation.
Management and collaboration in design.
Suggestions or Webex to present the solution technically.
Assembly of models and/or scenarios for tests or trainings.
Assembly of concept tests on real customers for capacity evaluation of products.
Implementation of tasks.
Knowledge transfers.
Analysis of scenarios with problems.
Analysis of integrations with third-party tools for automations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** |
About you**
The ideal Technical Intern:Student of Engineering/ Telecommunications or computer science.
Advanced English.
Knowledge in Security and infrastructure.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment, communication, orientation to order and quality, teamwork, initiative/autonomy, perseverance and orientation to achievement and willingness to learn.
Attention to detail, collaborative attitude and analytical skills.
Microsoft (Excel) tools at an advanced level.
