Tasks

  • Good organisational skills
  • Comfortable with managing a team and be responsible for team's tasks
  • Serviceminded the team you'll be in is an essence a service team and we need to act as such
  • Proactive, be able to see where processes or tasks can be improved and then doing them rather than wait to be told
  • Have a sense of responsibility towards your team and the tasks appointed to you and to the business you're servicing
  • Confident communicator and a team player
  • Experience in contact with customers/stakeholders
  • Understanding of the FMCG sector would be a plus

Requirements:

  • 35 years of professional experience as a Project Manager (required)
  • Experience in an agency context (preferred)
  • Ensuring that the team delivers on all tasks
  • Help the team manage/structure/prioritize projects
  • Give feedback to the business on tasks and usage of assets
  • Run monthly reports from the DAM system on asset performance
  • Liaison with other departments within the business to ensure best practice and to ensure tasks are completed satisfyingly
  • Contact with customer / different stakeholders
  • Fluent in english
