About the role


We are looking for a sales manager to lead the sales department to ensure our clients are properly represented and greeted with exceptional services, whilst receiving the most current local market information and setting market trend and establishing competitive presence.

Terms

  • Permeant Full time position
Salary/ Rate

  • Base + Commission (depends on years of experience)
Requirement

  • Weekend work is rare but can occasionally be necessary
Start Date

  • Immediate

Responsibilities

  • Mapping requirements of internal resources and securing capable sales teams
  • Securing collaborative agents, seeking for potential projects and selling properties.
  • Report directly to executive director, manage two to four inhouse sales agents and liaise with associated brokers
  • Establish internal workflow, aftersales services, and contribute to company image
  • Competence in selling highend residential and commercial properties
  • Comprehensive knowledge in the logistic of buying and selling process
  • Previous experience in networking and analyzing incoming projects
  • Ability to manage small sized teams, clients, and contractors
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, other languages are a plus
  • 610 years work experience, 3 years minimum as real estate sales agent

Penalty and Bonus

Sales Manager


No Penalty if goal is not met in one quarter but made up in the next quarter; Position will be open for discussion if goal is not met in Q4.

If goal of Q1-Q4 are met, bonus of 20% of based salary will be distributed.


If Sales Revenue Goal is exceeded and reached 100M by Q4, commission will increase from 5% to 7.5% in the next quarter.


Sales Agents
If Sales Revenue reaches 25M individually by Q4, commission will increase 5% in the next quarter.
