You will join the
Careers Department in Porto, a crucial support pillar tasked with streamlining practices and aiding management in nurturing and enhancing their teams' competencies.

In an international landscape and in close partnership with the leadership of each Business Unit, your responsibilities will encompass:

1) Taking charge of career management

  • Establishing and overseeing the enhancement of the organization's core skills;
  • Directing career boards, yearly performance reviews, and incentive programs;
  • Assisting in professional growth (internal career tracks, mobility, career consultations).

2) Engaging, enlightening, and supporting managers and operational staff

  • Assisting managers in guiding their team members' careers by engaging in discussions and assessments of skills and achievements;
  • Hands-on involvement: HR surveys, workshops, internal functions, etc;
  • Driving change management.

3) Formulating and leading the initiative to revamp the entire onboarding process with a global rollout

4) Contributing to the reinforcement of our talent management strategy

  • Digitization of our resources;
  • Engaging in certifications/endorsements: ISO, Top Employer, etc;
  • Assessing performance via key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Utilizing data analysis to aid managers in executing strategic plans.

WHO ARE YOU?:

  • Education: Holding a 5-year higher education degree, with a specialization in HR management or business administration;
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in HR development or career management field;
  • Proficiency in analysis, communication, and active listening;
  • Independent, proactive, with the ability to rally teams towards shared goals;
  • Fondness for technological advancements and digital innovation;
  • Familiarity with the service sector is advantageous;
  • Languages: Proficient in English (leading presentations, engaging in meetings and calls); knowledge of French and Spanish would be beneficial.
