• Coordinate and oversee the transportation of goods, materials, and equipment to different destinations.
• Handle the import/export administrative processes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Process goods request ensuring timely replenishment of supplies.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to arrange efficient delivery schedules.
• Track shipments and maintain accurate records of all logistics activities.
• Optimize logistics processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency.

• Good knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of Import/Export procedures and administrative processes.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and requirements.
• Proven work experience as a logistics coordinator or similar role is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of logistics procedures and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of Chinese and Spanish languages is an asset.
