Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and define requirements for IT solutions
  • Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to document functional and nonfunctional requirements
  • Develop business process models and diagrams to help stakeholders understand and visualize proposed solutions
  • Work with IT developers and technical teams to design and develop IT solutions that meet business requirements
  • Create test plans and test cases to validate that solutions meet business and technical requirements
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, and provide status updates to stakeholders
  • Provide technical guidance and support to business users and stakeholders
  • Continuously learn and stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of IT solutions

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in a Post or related industry
  • Experience with software development life cycle methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
  • Deep understanding of business processes and experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing IT solutions that support business objectives
  • Experience with business process modeling tools such as Visio or Lucidchart
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams, and project managers
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

***- Experience with the implementation of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle

  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure and security best practices
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2
