About The Role
The Community Operations organization at Uber is responsible for delivering extraordinary customer support to riders, drivers, eaters, and couriers. Within our Community Operations organization, our business development team focuses on revenue generating activity

What You'll Do
Provide high quality support to clients

Meet sales or revenue generation goals

Sell to, onboard, and handle relationships with clients

Engage in lead generation or prospecting

Uncover prospects' business challenges and highlight the business' value proposition

Connect with clients over various mediums

Identify standard methodologies for sales

Basic Qualifications
Experience working in Sales / B2B environment in fast paced company

Spanish AND Italian speaker.

Knowledge Champion:
Strong understanding and knowledge of driver support, keeping up to date with updates, ongoing initiatives.

Shown ability to multi-task and follow through while paying strict attention to detail.

Coach-ability, open to incorporating feedback, and dedication to improvement of your craft.

A genuine passion for Uber and outstanding customer experiences.

Problem Solver:
use discretion and understanding of local nuance and the driver experience to make on-the-spot decisions in how to the best support drivers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience working in Sales / B2B environment in fast paced company
  • Spanish speakers (professional level) will be an excellent plus.
