Palmela site is currently seeking a Production Trainee to join our team.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in enhancing production quality management processes by delivering quality alerts to production
- Collaborate with the supervisor to define containment measures
- Analyze triage with the supervisor
- Follow triage procedures
- Monitor and validate process improvement actions
- Audit compliance with containment measures
- Conduct audits on final checkpoints for control route compliance
- Perform quality audits
Qualifications:
Minimum education level: Finalist or recent graduate in engineering or management field.
Skills and competencies:
- Good proficiency in written and oral English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- International mindset
- Results-oriented
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
