Job Description:
Come and work with us. We are looking for a talented and accomplished Digital Marketing Specialist .

As a Digital Marketing Specialist your role will be to design digital recruitment strategies, based on the hiring needs and business insights.

You will work closely with the marketing and the talent acquisition teams to define the ideal sourcing mix and investment strategy.

You will run those awareness and conversion campaigns mainly on Meta and Google. This position requires a data-driven mindset, and appetite for learning, in order to deliver leads in a cost-efficient way.

As part of our Marketing team, you will also collaborate with experts in digital marketing, social media, content creation and design to help you achieve your goals.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist , your daily responsibilities will include:

Develops and implements digital recruitment strategies to support recruitment and enhance our brand awareness Collaborates with Marketing and Talent Acquisitions teams to collect business insights and hiring needs Defines the ideal sourcing mix, investment strategy, roll-outs schedule and builds forecasts based on business targets and historical data Manages campaigns, monitors analytics, and optimizes performance to achieve the desired results Runs keywords analysis and make new keywords recommendations Monitors and analyzes campaign performance using analytics tools, identifies areas for improvement, and provides actionable insights Proactively engages with the stakeholders to adjust campaigns' delivery and improve results if we deviate from initial forecasts Coordinates digital content creation (organic and paid) with content department to meet global communication strategy goals and the specifics of your regional audience Manages internal processes to ensure consistent tracking across countries and platforms Creates, monitors and optimizes Paid Social Ad campaigns to reach goals for different stages of the funnel Manages and optimizes budget for online advertising Manages end-to-end digital marketing projects such as (but not limited to) new ad strategy implementations, nurture strategies, email marketing, marketing automation and content marketing alignment Tracks and reports key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital marketing campaigns, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and engagement metrics Keeps up with all digital marketing trends to A/B test in the region Builds weekly/biweekly/monthly reports to communicate results, insights and overall performance To succeed in the role, you will need to have: Proven experience and knowledge of digital recruitment principles, strategies, and best practices Deep understanding of lead generation tactics and strategies for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.) and best practices Advanced experience in setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns on all platforms Demonstrable experience leading/coordinating additional advertising venues such as SEO/SEM, video, email and/or display advertising campaigns Advanced knowledge of retargeting, pixel implementation, custom audience creation, standard and custom events Experienced with A/B tests and multivariate experiments Understanding of recruitment marketing and the ability to align digital marketing efforts with recruitment goals Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work while managing multiple projects simultaneously Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance Ability to simplify processes/things Knows his/her different audiences, the social media platform(s) they use, and how to engage them Has cultural sensitivity, adaptability Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically to make the best out of the campaigns Eager to learn, reinforce existing skills and develop new ones 3+ years' experience working in digital marketing roles Bachelor/master degree in marketing, business administration or similar Excellent conversational and written knowledge in English Excellent knowledge of all MS office tools Considerable work knowledge of multiple self-service ad platforms: Meta, Google, TikTok, Spotify and Reddit Experience in website and marketing analytics tools (e.g.

, Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics)

Knowledge of AI generative tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper and similar is a plus Other Details:
