ABOUT THE POSITION
You will be directly reporting to the Customer and Distributor Service Manager of Nickel Portugal.

Within the contact centre, you will inform, advise and support customers and distributors by providing them with an effective solution in compliance with procedures.

The position is based in Lisbon.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Handling customer or distributor requests and complaints;
• Building customer and distributor loyalty;
• Assist and inform prospects;
• Ensure that quality commitments are respected;
• Empower the customer or distributor in his or her use of the Compte-Nickel;
• Carry out back office operations;
• Managing B2C & B2B calls;
• Participate through your proposals in the continuous improvement of the service provided.
