Tasks


An integrated position in an existing team of 2 people + 1 remote Team Lead (outside Portugal), to create a standardized API structure for the company's different domains of activity.

The project is to help different domains of API development activity accessible to internal and external customers by donating core blocks, creating documentation and training to develop and deploy API

Development language:
Java; Spring.

The team must work in Agile mode (for 5-week sprints) and ultra collaborative automatically by Team Lead.

A term (device), these resources will be an extension to Portugal of this part of the Design Authority to implement good practices, security compliance,

Requirements:

API\* (Know very well what an API, API Composition, BFF and API Gateway are)

Design\* (Capable to design Java Services and Components in a MicroServices Ecosystem)

API Documentation\ (Know well API Documentation structures: Swagger, OpenAPI and the formats : JSON, YAML)

Best Practices Writing (Capable to write Best Practices (suited to an Organisation))

Java V8-V11 (Know very well Java Technologies)

SpringBoot V2+ (Know very well Spring and SpringBoot Ecosystem)

Spring Data (Know very well Spring and SpringBoot Ecosystem)

JPA (Know very well Spring and SpringBoot Ecosystem)

Hibernate (Know very well Spring and SpringBoot Ecosystem)

POCs Creation (Capable to create a POC to demonstrate a concept)

Hello World Creation (Capable to create "Hello World" in order to show how to use a framework, a library, a module)

Jenkins usage V2+ (Capable to create or modify a Jenkins Job)

Authentication & Authorisation (Know very well differences in API authentication and API authorisation)

Splunk V8+ (Know how to use splunk)

API Monitoring (Know (Aware of) API Monitoring)

Docker (Know Docker)

Architecture (Capable to help other teams to Architecture / Design an reusable API)

Performances (Capable (to help) to improve API perfomances)

API Publishing (Know some API Catalog Tools (SwaggerHub, Spotify Backstage,))
