Principais Responsabilidade:

  • Como Gestor de Categoria NPR (não relacionado ao projeto), definirá e implementará a estratégia NPR para a categoria de RH pela qual é responsável, em alinhamento com a política e estratégia global de NPR.
  • Contribuirá proativamente para o Excellence Roadmap (desenvolvimento e entrega para acelerar a maturidade das aquisições), definindo e liderando a estratégia de sua categoria em um plano de 3 anos.
  • Traduzirá a sua estratégia de categoria NPR em planos operacionais robustos (abordando os níveis global e local).
  • Será responsável por atingir metas quantitativas e qualitativas.
  • Promoverá a nova atividade de sourcing de NPR da Categoria de RH.
  • Também terá um papel fundamental a desempenhar na definição dos procedimentos NPR adequados em coordenação com a Cadeia de Fornecimento do Grupo, que possui os processos gerais "S2C " e " P2P ", no contexto em que a SBM está atualmente passando pela implementação de seu ERP (IFS), do qual será embaixador.
  • Considerando a implementação deste novo sistema e novas formas de trabalhar, será responsável por garantir que os processos da organização sejam totalmente compreendidos e implementados nos diversos departamentos e funções.
  • Entre os seus objetivos, terá de cooperar com a Auditoria Interna do Grupo para comprovar o o nível de controlo interno sobre a categoria. Para tal, organizará o gestão de riscos dos fornecedores, KYS, e executará campanhas de testes de controles internos.
  • Receberá a responsabilidade geral sobre vários fornecedores principais da NPR, na categoria de RH, especialmente, mas não se limitando a agências de mão de obra, empresas de recrutamento e serviços online, serviços de treinamento, programas de mobilidade, entre outras.
  • Envolverseá proativamente com terceiros para se tornar o parceiro de negócios preferido dos Gestores de Departamento e Chefe de Funções (por exemplo: Diretor de TI do Grupo, Diretor de RH do Grupo e qualquer outro chefe relevante de funções corporativas) para implementar a gestão de categorias e impulsionar estratégias / principais fornecedores.
  • Desenvolverá e manterá o relacionamento estratégico com os principais fornecedores após a concessão do PO, enquanto implanta o RACI com as partes interessadas de todos os fornecedores.

Principais Requisitos:

  • Experiência em compras e gestão de fornecedores.
  • Experiência anterior em gestão de categorias de RH SCM NPR. dentro de uma organização multinacional, no mínimo 10 anos.
  • Mestrado em Supply Chain Management ou Administração de Empresas.
  • Especialista em negociação, gestão de fornecedores e cadeia de valor de compras.
  • Trazer visão estratégica, ao mesmo tempo que é orientado para resultados na implementação operacional.
  • Bom conhecimento da ISO 20400 é uma vantagem, bem como do risco e conformidade do fornecedor.
  • Fluência em Inglês.
  • Experiência em melhoria de processos e controles internos.
  • Experiência ou exposição à implementação de ERP é uma vantagem.
