Customer Advisor - Dutch speaker (full remote from mainland Portugal)

How your day-to-day in this role would look like:

  • Listening to customers' questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions
  • Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns;
Providing information about products

  • Escalating and rerouting the necessary matters and issues to other departments.

Requirements:

What do you need to be successful at this job?

  • Native level or C2 level of written and verbal communication skills in
    Dutch:
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • High School Diploma
  • EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card
