Tasks

Deine Aufgaben und dein Einfluss als Web Product Implementation Specialist for Google Ads werden sein:

- Kommunikation mit Werbetreibenden und internen Vertriebs
- und Serviceteams per Telefon, E-Mail, Chat und Videokonferenzen
- Durchführung und Überprüfung der Implementierung von webbasierten Produkten mit Kunden
- Kunden in der Verwendung der Produkte anleiten, unterstützen und schulen
- Kunden einen qualitativ hochwertigen Service bieten, der die Erwartungen der Kunden und die Qualitätsbewertung übertrifftIst der technische Support ein neues Feld, in dem du dir Fachwissen aneignen kannst und deine Karriereziele erreichen möchtest? **Requirements**:
Fähigkeiten, Qualifikationen und Interessen, die du brauchst, um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein:

- Deutsch als Muttersprache und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2-Niveau)
- Grundkenntnisse oder Bereitschaft zum Erlernen von JavaScript, HTML5 und CSS/CSS3
- Grundkenntnisse oder Lernbereitschaft über CMS-Plattformen wie WordPress/Shopify/Wix/Joomla oder ähnliches
- Erfahrung oder Interesse an Online-Werbung oder Werbeprodukterfahrung
- Fähigkeiten zur Fehlerbehebung
- Technologisch in der Lage, Kundenservice-Softwareanwendungen schnell zu erlernen und Kundenimplementierungen zu verarbeiten, die nicht unbedingt einer Standardvorlage / einem Standardprozess folgen
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit im B2B-Umfeld
- Starke Kommunikations-, Kundenservice-, Beziehungsmanagement
- und Support Fähigkeiten

- Vertragsart: ein befristeter Vertrag für ein Jahr, der jedes Jahr verlängert werden kann
- Arbeitszeiten: Mo. - Fr. 8-17 Uhr (40 Std./Woche)
- Ausbildung: 7 Wochen

- a) Inklusive Unterkunft (WG, alle Rechnungen inklusive):

- 950€ brutto/Monat + Bonus von bis zu 300€ brutto pro Monat + Unterzeichnungsbonus von 4.000€
- b) Ohne Unterkunft:

- 1.250€ brutto/Monat + Bonus von bis zu 300€ brutto pro Monat + Unterzeichnungsbonus von 4.000€
- (\*) Vergütung der Ausbildungszeit 100% Für internationale Bewerber:

- Erstattung Ihrer anfänglichen Flugkosten nach 9 Monaten
