The LMS Product Owner will have the opportunity to do exactly that and your right mix of technical savviness, HR knowledge and basics of project management skills will be your critical success factors


The incumbent is participating in strategic HR projects as an LMS Product Owner, embedded in a strong team of HR Solutions Specialists, proposing solutions aligned with best practices.

The LMS Product Owner will have the responsibility to drive some key projects related to LMS and prioritize the stories among the LMS IT Agile team to ensure streamlining of processes, documentation and change management.


The LMS Product owner will implement and overview the training matrix process across Area/Region, through assessing and updating the annual training plan, proposing enhancements to improve the training process, managing e-learning system, supporting worldwide key users.


Deep collaboration with the HRIT team is the key to ensure the business needs are translated into correct stories and ensure a proper follow up during the testing and launching phases.


Finally, the LMS Product Owner is playing a crucial role in engaging with the HR community on their HR Digital journey and fostering user adoption within the HR Community.

Your day at Ferring- Act as the main point of contact for all LMS inquiries and discussions- Provide training and support to LMS Key Users and Local Training Contacts on how to effectively utilize the LMS to manage training- Ensure adherence to agile development methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management- Prioritize the features to be implemented by the team working in Agile- Manage, adjust for risk, and prioritize the product backlog- Create clear and practical documentation for stakeholders with a global approach- Plan carefully and identify dependencies in advance- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that they are informed and involved- Process orientation - problem solving and root cause identification skills- Partner with the LMS Support team to resolve issues in the LMS- Recommend changes or updates to enable better service

Behind our innovation There's you- Academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Learning Administration, Human Resources or customer care- Advanced specialized knowledge in one or more areas - Learning, HR operational process/process improvement, project management- Strong knowledge and understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS), HR operational process and process improvement- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail- Familiarity with agile development methodologies- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- Fluent in English
