A atividade desenvolvida pela Porto Digital assenta em três pilares fundamentais:- Tecnologia
- responsável pelo desenvolvimento e manutenção da infraestrutura de comunicações com mais de 4.000 km de fibra ótica instalada pela cidade, que permite disponibilizar serviços públicos aos cidadãos, entre os quais o serviço Wi-Fi gratuito que, a cada ano, suporta mais de 1 milhão de dispositivos;
- Inovação e Experimentação contribuir para o desenvolvimento de serviços e políticas públicas através de um modelo de cocriação e participação ativa, enquanto toolbox de aceleração, que agrega ferramentas de Gestão da Inovação, quer na lógica da capacitação interna das equipas (municipais), quer na lógica de promoção da inovação enquanto transformação da Cidade;
- Parcerias garantir o desenvolvimento de redes internacionais e parcerias, promovendo um ecossistema dinâmico, com base numa aposta contínua na inovação.
- Realizar a pesquisa, análise, interpretação e apresentação de informação e dados relacionados com as áreas tecnológicas e de mercado nas quais a Porto Digital se posiciona;
- Contribuir para a gestão da recolha, análise e reporte de informação neste contexto;
- Apoiar a definição, monitorização e reporte de indicadores de execução e de impacto;
- Efetuar a gestão diária das tarefas de projetos, nomeadamente resolver eventuais problemas tomando medidas necessárias para garantir o correto desenrolar das ações definidas;
- Manter e atualizar a informação acerca da evolução e progressão dos projetos;
- Preparar relatórios com o envolvimento dos diversos intervenientes, de forma a garantir uma comunicação mais efetiva e a tomada de decisões importantes para o sucesso dos projetos;
- Garantir o acompanhamento dos projetos e assegurar o cumprimento de prazos e orçamento;
- Desenvolver ferramentas de avaliação das atividades dos projetos e monitorização das mesmas;
- Apoiar a elaboração de relatórios de atividade e execução dos projetos.
Requirements:
- Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Gestão, Economia ou similares;
- Experiência em análise e gestão de projetos financiados;
- Experiência com ferramentas de monitorização e reporte de indicadores de execução e de impacto.
- Fluência em Inglês (leitura, conversação e escrita);
- Elevada capacidade de comunicação verbal e escrita;
- Elevada capacidade de organização e gestão do tempo;
- Orientação para a execução, resultados e cumprimento de prazos;
- Orientação para a criação de valor para a cidade (Porto), a Câmara Municipal e para os cidadãos em geral;
- Elevada capacidade de trabalho em equipas multidisciplinares;
- Elevada autonomia e responsabilidade;
- Elevada motivação para enfrentar novos desafios e capacidade de aprendizagem contínua.
