About the job

  • The BDO Smart Access Account Manager is monitoring the good integration of client's instructions and the correct feed to the depositary and custodian network and makes sure that the order book will be correctly updated. It's the main contact for the client in case of Synthetic Var Alert, and is in direct relation with the Credit Risk Monitoring

Your Main Activities Are

  • Followup of instructions coming from our clients and from depositaries: monitor rejected instructions & monitor correct integration of messages received from depositaries
  • Perform Stocks positions reconciliation (analyse and breaks correction)
  • Perform Nostri cash reconciliation (analyse and breaks correction)
  • Perform Securities Database Management
  • Keep the Team Leader informed about the clients' activity and escalate issues whenever appropriate
  • Keep the procedures up to date
  • Ensure execution of tasks and completion of checklist
  • Contact the clients in case of Synthetic Var Alert
  • In association with Project Management Team, BDO Smart Access Account Manager will be involved in UAT as part of the new client's on boarding and the development of the tool

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced level of English, both written and oral are mandatory
  • Knowledge in
  • Office Pack (MS Power Point / Excel mainly)
  • Risk Management is a plus
