Ensure that our projects, regardless of business area, are conducted in accordance with agreed agreement, profitability requirements and according to customer expectations to establish/maintain long customer relationships and goodwill in the market.

Act as a hub within the Hoist team to administer and plan the projects together with the regional PMO.

Establish a weekly planning and status control in our project administration system, update where necessary, revise the planning and internal communication with the regional project management, finance and sales teams.

Assist the Regional PMO to produce a gap/deviation analysis in the different projects to ensure projects stay on schedule and on budget and highlight any variances.

Identify improvements to existing processes to streamline project delivery.

What you will do

  • Check that the total number of projects in ERP/CRM is in line with the Project Management System
  • Daily verification of project status against the project management system
  • Improve processes/routines in the workflow and ensure its compatibility with other systems
  • Support regional Projects Team as required
  • Analyze targets and SLAs
  • Develop essential key figures to measure quality and profitability.
  • Hold weekly meetings with key stakeholders
  • Revise the planning schedule to keep the Hoist team informed
  • Setup and management of Teams tasks & Channels for project communication

What you will need to bring to planet

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Administration
  • Hospitality industry experience preferred
  • Fluent in German and English languages (other languages, especially French, will be an advantage)

Education:

  • PMP or equivalent is preferred
  • Education to degree level (preferred)
