What the job looks like: Performing daily cash application related to AR for customers; Ability to reconcile, maintain and clear customer accounts; Process invoices and credit notes; Monitor dunning and collections management considering local requirements; Knowledge in the collections process; Support month-end and closing processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; Ability to autonomously identify, analyze and solve issues; Specialized proficiency in the end-to-end O2C processes; Interact with respective Business Partners and/or with the relevant operating units (e.g. for clarification of complex accounting issues); Provide knowledge by developing and implementing operational projects.What you'll bring to the table:
Accounting or Finance degree (or in other related fields); Customer facing professional experience in relevant areas is a plus; Good knowledge of accounting standards; Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SAP FI; Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a strategic mindset; Team player, quality and service-oriented; Strong analytical and negotiating skills; Willing to learn, collaborate and to develop new skills; Highly motivated and flexible; Fluency in written and spoken English and German (mandatory); additional European languages are a plus; Hybrid model.
