WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Designing, implementing, and supporting solutions on our Global SF system within the HR Area (Nordex People & Culture).
  • Playing a fundamental role in the digitalization of processes or rollout of new SF modules or applications.
  • Managing Administration processes in Employee Central and other platform components as part of daily operations.
  • Implementing agile methodology in daily operations and projects.
  • Offering best-practice guidance on SF processes and staying updated on upcoming SAP releases and features.
  • Collaborating with IT to monitor and facilitate integration to downstream systems.
  • Working closely with Global & Local P&C Operations on digitalization topics.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting one or more SAP SuccessFactors systems.
  • Proven experience in configuration and data management in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Project Management experience in the digitalization of HR processes will be advantageous.
  • Basic experience in working and monitoring integrations with downstream systems (SAP) in collaboration with IT counterparts.
  • Willingness to work across different modules of the suite and other products in our landscape.
  • Detail-oriented individual who proactively solves problems, finds solutions, and drives projects autonomously.
