Performance & Development Manager

Mission:

Manage and develop a team to enhance the development and performance of Technical Operations processes in the Residential channel.

Lead the team to be the technical partner in multifunctional projects of new products and services of the sales channels.

Gather, consolidate, and have a critical view of data from our operations to suggest changes and improvements with a view to improving efficiency, safety and results.


What you'll do:

  • Manage, challenge and develop a multidisciplinary team, with Iberian geographical distribution in Lisbon, Matosinhos and Madrid;
  • Develop and optimize Technical Operations processes in the Residential sales channel through internal changes or relevant areas touch points;
  • Develop or participate in projects where Technical Operations are involved;
  • Gather, contribute, control, and analyze information about the Technical Operations processes in order to control and detect improvement opportunities and propose measures that promote the improvement of commercial and operational performance;
  • Conduct analytical and qualitative analysis to the development or alterations to processes within the Technical Operations scope;
  • Be a reference point of contact for relevant stakeholders aiming information or product or services alterations effects;
  • Help define technical requirements for procurement tenders on the Technical Operations scope;

What you'll need:

- _Master in Engineering or management;_

  • Strong oral and written English communication skills and basic Spanish with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
  • Experience in field services development projects;
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, reliability, as well as curiosity and creativity with problem solving mindset;
  • Analytical and data interpretation skills, combined with a constructive critical thinking;
  • A great communicator and good at managing external and internal stakeholders;
  • Available for frequent travelling within Iberia;
  • Ability to handle different projects simultaneously and provide deliverables under tight deadlines;
  • Consolidated leadership skills and experience, promoting the challenge and development of multi nationality teams.
