Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Support top management in the strategic definition and implementation of the Group's new platform
  • Identify and operationalize integration workflows for entities acquired by the Group, with the support of the various existing departments and entities
  • Articulate and negotiate with hotel brands (national and international) the definition of agreements for the Group's current and future hotel & tourist assets, actively desiring their implementation
  • Collaborate proactively in the management of tourist assets managed by Arrow Global PT, developing tools to control and support projects
  • Search and analyze investment opportunities in light of Arrow's strategy for the Hospitality sector
  • Prepares financial analyzes of the various projects under management and in the pipeline, namely business plans, feasibility studies and other related ones
  • Develop relationships with specialist brokers in the sector to obtain the best insights on investment opportunities
  • Periodically and systematically analyze the national and international hotel market, in all its aspects, identifying new trends and new products
  • Support in defining hotel concepts and market positioning for each project, identifying benchmarks, and looking for suitable partners
Role Requirements

  • Undergraduate and/or master's degree in management or hospitality
  • 3 5 years of experience in the hospitality sector
  • Good knowledge of financing, structuring and derivative products will be a plus
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
  • Solid analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Verbal and written communications and presentation skills
  • Collaborative and open attitude, contributing to a positive culture
  • Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic, willingness to work as part of a team
