About the Opportunity:


Salsify pioneered the first Product Experience Management (PXM) platform to help brand manufacturers win more sales, and grow market share online.

We work with a growing roster of hundreds of leading brands across the globe including Coca-Cola, Bosch, GSK, Rawlings, and Fruit of the Loom.

We've come a long way since starting in a Boston basement in late 2012, and now have great, happy customers across the entire supply chain, from brands to distributors to retailers to marketplaces.

As the SXM Core Product Manager, you will be working in Salsify's Core group.

The Core Group is charged with ensuring the reliability of our foundational systems, one of which is our SupplierXM (SXM) platform.

The SXM Core PM will partner with teams across R&D and beyond to build a strong understanding of our SXM platform, and ensure that learnings are documented, and shareable.

How You'll Make an Impact:


This role will also be responsible for prioritization of investments to ensure the reliability, maintainability, and supportability of our SXM platform, alongside the SXM Core Engineering Manager, and relevant stakeholders.

This requires a Product Manager that's curious, collaborative, invested in learning, and is able to build confidence, trust, and credibility within an organization quickly.

You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Software Product Management
  • French language competency (preferred)
  • Experience engaging with a broad set of crossfunctional stakeholders
  • A clear communication style, and the ability to adapt their communication to resonate with their stakeholders (e.g. peers, the broader organization, customers, and leadership)
  • Strong writing skills
  • Experience working in a fastmoving environment
  • Ability to work well with and sort through ambiguity
  • Strong change management skills, and positive mindset about change
  • The ability to maintain a strict prioritization framework
  • An analytical mindset, and the aptitude to partner with Engineering on more technical projects
  • Experience with escalation management
