Joining our team will allow you to:

  • Handle the deployment, management, and support of internal infrastructure.
  • Be involved in systems and solutions design.
  • Contribute to maintaining the security of information system assets.
  • Assist in defining access privileges and security controls.
  • Identify and address security issues through audits and assessments.
  • Upgrade and maintain security controls.
  • Adhere to organizational standards to ensure quality service delivery.

What we are looking for:

  • Preferably degrees in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Computer Engineering.
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking technologies and security technologies.
  • Familiarity with Operating Systems (Microsoft, Linux), hardware, and IT security management.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and share knowledge.
  • Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Additional skills that would be beneficial:

  • Experience in data center ecosystem management.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory Services.
  • Proficiency in Spanish.
  • Knowledge of logging and monitoring systems.
  • Proficiency in automation and scripting.
  • Experience with backup and restore processes.
