As a Data Platforms Intern (m/f/d) in our Tech Hub in Portugal, you will have the chance to take your first steps towards a career in the field of Data and Cloud Engineering. You will be a full-time member of a scrum team in the data platforms area, which is responsible for enabling product development teams and business users with state-of-the-art solutions. The topics you will encounter in this team reaches from data connection to visualization. Besides laying the technical foundation by managing a modern technology stack (e.g., Databricks, AWS, Airflow), the team also provides an extensive data lake which provides data from almost 100 sources in a standardized ready-to-use manner.

Your essential experience and education

You are in the final stages of your master studies in a technical or natural science related discipline or have just graduatedIdeally, you have already used your programming skills (Bash, Python or Java) in software development, and you have first experiences in cloud services (AWS, Azure or GCP)You enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics, communicate proactively and are enthusiastic about new technologiesYou have a very good command of English. Knowledge of Portuguese and/ or German language is considered a plus.
