Job Description:

Responsibilities - your mission

Our goal is to safeguard Airbus' assets, reputation, people, and achievement of objectives. We aim to assess performance, manage risks, oversee internal control and governance, and drive transformation through a comprehensive, independent approach. Airbus is dedicated to operating in compliance with relevant Export Control laws and regulations.

  • Engage with Export Control teams across Airbus Commercial Aircraft and the Helicopters and Defense & Space divisions to conduct audits of Export Control processes, focusing on entities and programs;
  • Provide structured, unbiased evaluations (in English) of complex scenarios and processes using evidence, thorough analysis, and precise reporting to inform senior management decisions;
  • Contribute to defining the scope and goals of Export Control corporate audits;
  • Play an active role in enhancing the Export Control audit framework continuously.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will possess

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a global setting, including work in an audit firm like the 'big four', with a background in the industrial sector;
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team setting;
  • Clear and Tailored Communication: Skill in conveying information verbally and in writing, adjusting communication to different audiences and contexts;
  • Analytical Proficiency: Utilize data analysis to identify trends, troubleshoot, and guide strategic decision-making;
  • High Professional Standards: Demonstrating credibility, independence, integrity, confidentiality, and respect;
  • Effective Task Management: Strong multitasking skills while ensuring accuracy and focus;
  • Efficient Information Gathering and Analysis: Capable of collecting information, analyzing data, and summarizing findings;
  • Legal and Operational Knowledge: Understanding of US and/or non-US Export Control regulations and operational procedures is advantageous.
