Job Description

As a Power Integrity Engineer focusing on Power Management Integrated Circuits (PMICs), you play a vital role in ensuring the strength of chip designs through Power Integrity simulations and analysis. Understanding the nuances of PMICs and their unique requirements, you will suggest crucial PI/SI analyses, utilizing your expertise and tools to enhance power distribution networks. In addition to project assistance, your duties involve proactive research endeavors that align with business goals, suggesting topics to boost the team's skills, and promoting collaboration with diverse teams. Your contributions significantly influence the success of semiconductor projects, molding the future of power management solutions and driving technology forward in the ever-changing semiconductor industry.

Qualifications
  • 2 - 5 years of pertinent experience
  • Knowledge of voltage regulators (Buck, Buck-Boost, LDO), key parameters, and measurement techniques.
  • Expertise: Proficient in Power Integrity for PMICs, comprehending the correlation between PMIC chip design and Power Integrity/Power Distribution Networks.
  • Understanding of power electronics, PDN, parasitic elements, and noise analysis.
  • Research: Skilled in research initiatives, suggesting groundbreaking topics aligned with business unit strategies, and contributing to the progression of the team's capabilities.
  • Collaboration: Strong collaborative abilities, cultivating effective communication with cross-functional teams and guiding junior engineers.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Demonstrated capability to proactively pinpoint potential issues, propose further analyses, and support continuous enhancement.
  • Scripting: Ideally, proficient in utilizing tools (Python) for task automation.
  • Analog Design: Preferably, solid understanding of Analog chip design, including industry-standard tools (Cadence).
  • Goal-oriented and capable of delivering punctual results within demanding timelines.
