THE ROLE


We are looking for a friendly, hard-working, eager-to-learn People Development Operations Specialist to join and support our Global People Development Team.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide data analysis and reporting for all People Development initiatives using Power BI, Excel / Google Sheets, and Workday reporting. This will include identifying patterns and providing insights that can drive business decisions.
  • Liaise and communicate with internal and external teams including senior stakeholders and technical teams to provide project updates, requirements, enhancements, etc.
  • Continuous improvement and governance of digital tools and operational processes. Including system enhancements, data tracking, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Create and develop technical requirements, documentation, and system guides. Including providing training for our digital development tools.
  • Project manage new and existing People Development initiatives, ranging from small to large projects, to ensure the timely delivery of all projects. This includes project planning, agreeing on milestones, monitoring progress, and managing scope changes.
  • Support the management of all Digital Learning Platforms including InRehearsal, Udemy, EasyGenerator, and Voxy.
  • Keen to learn instructional design & multimedia skills and work closely with a team of Learning Experience Designers, Content Creators, and Subject Matter Experts.

  • Exceptional organization and analytical skills including advanced Excel/ Google Sheets expertise.
  • A keen eye for detail, deliver work to high quality, and with a sense of urgency.
  • Keen to get involved in a variety of tasks and to work with and support all members of the team.
  • Proactive and take ownership of your tasks and look for ways to improve processes.
  • Value working in a diverse environment that is highenergy, fastpaced, and service driven.
  • Native or fluent English speaker able to craft written communications to a high level.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
