As a DO Integration Project Manager, you will support all PMO projects within the IT Middleware organization, also supporting unit head in team governance, budget decisions and planning.


What you will learn and contribute to


Are you passionate about successful project execution and service delivery KPIs? As Project Manager for IT Infra Middleware team, you will be managing multiyear program and/or multiple projects simultaneously in Integration landscape.

You will be ensuring that all project requirements are managed appropriately, and deliverables are implemented on time, in quality and within budget.

This role will also support unit Governance, delivery KPIs and Agile reports

  • Manage multiple stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Maintaining all relevant project documentation throughout the project life cycle (following Nokia PM methodology), provide required updates on progress in relevant steering forums
  • Ensure all parties involved in project(s), both internally and externally, are fully aware of the requirements with dependencies and the correct project controls, milestones and reporting tools are present at all stages of the project.
  • Delegate tasks and priorities as needed. But ensure accountability until project closure
  • Follow up, align and execute on project costs related activities and ensure work is done within budget
  • Modify/adapt Project Management Plan for specific projects
  • Organize project meetings, reviews and update. Also responsible for unit meetings and regular communication
  • Manage risks and changes as required.
  • Manage dependencies with other projects / programs.
  • Provide the necessary Project Metrics

Your skills and experience

  • 5+ years of scrum/project management and deployment experience with medium sized programs
  • Experience in working with both Waterfall and Agile methodology / DevOps environment
  • Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success
  • Experience with delivering projects in IT. Middleware is a plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products, i.e. O365, Azure DevOps, Power BI, etc.
  • Experience of working within a multicultural, multitimezone environment
  • Understanding of financial terms and concepts to support IT Governance documentation/business case
  • Excellent oral and written communication / presentation skills
  • ICT Technology knowledge, trends & direction
  • Information security understanding
  • Application / solution architecture understanding
  • Selfconfident, strong problem solving, handson if needed
  • Ability to work with and communicate to a variety of audiences, executive level/peertopeer/ subordinate/ technical and nontechnical etc.
