We collaborate with specialist partners in the areas of wealth management, relocation, legal and tax affairs, buyers agency and concierge services.

#ABOUTTHEROLE
Office
- Manage well functioning of equipments (PCs, printers and peripherals) for all users in the office.
- Guarantee internet access via WiFi or cable to all users in the offices.
- Manage team access to the offices.
- Manage offices alarm system.
- Manager and control offices cleaning services.
- Attend daytoday specific office requests.
- Be attentive and request improvements for common spaces within the building.
Purchasing:
- New or reconditioned equipments or peripherals for new members. Assess the cost x benefit between market options.
- Office supplies: assure minimum viable, at least.
- Support on buying flight tickets (or train fights) and accommodations arrangements.
- Support purchasing (and organising) itens for monthly events (decorations, catering, etc.).
- Key person dealing with hygiene and safety at work place issues.
Cars:
- Fleet management.
- Check up the correct use of gas cards.
- Coordinate cars' buying and sales.
- Coordinate periodically car washing.
- Guarantee and follow up the correct and careful use of the cars.
- Manager corporate permits with the right entities, such as EMEL.
- Coordinate cars deliveries and returns.
- Manage potential traffic infractions, allocating them to the rightful responsible.
Corporate Apartment:
- Coordinate incoming and exits of guests.
- Coordinate house cleaning.
- Coordinate services/repairs needed.
- Utilities Management.

A suitable applicant will have:
- excellent communication skills, to interact with different stakeholders.
- dynamic, proactive, multitasker, both anticipating needs and react to no planned situations.
- experience in handling with partnership agreements but also source for better partners options and benchmark to find the best choice at a given moment.
- be attentive to Company's challenges and prepare analysis for processes enhancements or new methodologies / equipments to put in motion.
- certified experience in fleet management, IT day to day operations and technology sourcing, running office operations.
- previous experience with different partners in different areas.
- ability to adapt style and approach to different co-works profiles and cultural variations.
- willingness to get involved, learn & adapt quickly & work hard to achieve results.
- willingness to work in a start-up environment & independently.
