Viator, a Tripadvisor company, is seeking a Portfolio Delivery Manager to oversee software delivery globally for the Viator Engineering team and join our fast-growing team in a hybrid-working setup based out of the Lisbon office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Track the software delivery process for the Viator Engineering team. This is a portfolio level role requiring oversight across multiple engineering teams spanning both insourced and outsourced teams
  • Design and implement metrics to track the delivery of highquality software that meets the needs of stakeholders
  • Manage the delivery team, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and adherence to delivery timelines and budgets
  • Continuously improve the delivery processes to optimize efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives
  • At a portfolio level, identify risks and issues, and proactively address them to minimize project impact

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in software delivery
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver highquality results
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies specifically understanding of Agile best practices
  • Experience in project management tools and techniques, with a strong ability to develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource plans
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to proactively identify and address risks and issues
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in a fastpaced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
