Introduction:
Passionate about ensuring project management excellence? Come aboard our team as a proficient Project Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in upholding top-tier project management standards through our agile methodologies and meticulous attention to detail.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage projects independently as part of an overarching program from initiation to conclusion.
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with multifunctional teams to define project scope, goals, and outcomes.
  • Monitor project advancement and adjust plans when necessary for successful project completion.
  • Identify and address project risks and challenges.
  • Ensure project outcomes meet quality benchmarks and are delivered punctually and within budget.
  • Keep stakeholders informed on project status, risks, and challenges.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience (3+ years) in concurrently managing multiple projects and in project management roles, particularly in the Tech Industry.
  • Solid skills in planning, scheduling, and organization to effectively manage tasks, timelines, and resources.
  • Capability to analyze project metrics and performance data to drive informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Attention to detail, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
  • Adaptability to evolving project requirements and settings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Portuguese and English) for efficient stakeholder engagement and clear project records.

We'd Love to see:

  • Familiarity with Marketing procedures.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environments), or Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster).
