The Selfcare and Digital Clients Experience Department, of
EDP Comercial, an EDP Group's company, is recruiting a Digital Experience Specialist.
- Conduct UX Research activities according to the defined roadmap;
- Be the pivot of the customer voice in digital channels;
- Manage the customer voice across EDP's digital channels and create relevant insights for product teams;
- Monitor customer comments and ensure issues are resolved;
- Open and follow up on incidents reported by customers;
- Design and operationalize the babysitting process for new features;
- Ensure reporting is focused on customer voice and digital quality;
- Manage and handle frequently asked questions;
- Promote internal workshops to activate the customer's voice;
- Create procedures focused on digital channels;
- Troubleshoot issues in commercial systems and other internal systems;
- Optimize processes and procedures, in a logic of continuous improvement.
What kind of profile are we looking for?
- Degree or Qualifications at the 12th year level if comes with relevant experience to the job;
- Proficiency with Office 365, Power BI, Medallia, Hotjar, and Google Analytics;
- Deep knowledge of EDP Comercial's digital touchpoints;
- Knowledge of the energy sector;
- Fluency in Portuguese written and spoken;
- Experience with UX Research activities
