_German Customer Service for Social Media Marketplace M/F/X - Office_

-> Description:

Together with your colleagues form a team of first-class customer advisors, in which you will serve private and business customers with their Advice on sales activities on Facebook Marketplace and Instagram Shopping.


-> Responsabilities:

  • Proactive support for all inquiries regarding buying and selling transactions,
payment methods, technical error messages, etc.;

  • Supporting customers in creating their own sales advertisements and complying with the
advertisement regulations;

  • Detailed advice when using the sales portals Facebook Marketplace and for the first time
Instagram Shopping.

-> Profile:

  • Fluent in German (C1 minimum);
  • Fluent in English minimum B2 is mandatory;
  • Great listening and communication skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Experience in Social Media;
  • Experience in Sales;
  • Aptitude for problemsolving;
  • Dynamism and team spirit;
  • High School diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement).

Valid Work permit in Portugal or EU Citizen (mandatory);

Offer:

Starting date : 03/07/2023_

  • Contract : 1 year renewal 2 times. After permanent contract possible.
  • Initial training during 7 working days
  • Work schedule : 8h/day from Monday to Sunday with 2 days off per week, rotating shift;
