We're partnering with a BPO known for its amazing employee satisfaction to find talented individuals to join their team. In this role, you'll be a champion for online safety, ensuring content is appropriate and adheres to strict guidelines.

Tasks

  • Review user reports regarding video content on a streaming platform
  • Audit and update content
  • Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
  • Make wellbalanced decisions and help resolve inquiries with respect to defined policies and procedures, especially the data protection policy.

Requirements:

  • Professionally fluent in Spanish, Italian or French, solid B2 level in English (and higher) written and spoken
  • 6 months of experience in relevant field is preferred
  • Ability to work in shift rotation (24/7). 40 workinh hours per week
  • Tolerance to sensitive content in videos
  • Strong computer skills
  • Customer serviceorientation with effective, pleasant and professional communication style as well as patience
  • Quick learning and adaptability to new processes and concepts
  • Tolerance for repetitive work in a fastpaced work environment
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
